SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Products purchased from C&C di Cesare Costantino can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

During this time, you can try the product and examine it just like you would in a physical store.

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and without any damage, even aesthetic.

You can take the product out of the box, unless the packaging is sealed.

If you decide to return the product, you must let us know by completing the return form on our website or using the withdrawal form below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to: constantino.cesareweb@gmail.com.

You will then be sent a form to fill out and insert in the parcel

Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days of notifying us.

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded in the same way as payment was made at the time of purchase, unless you prefer another method. The refund will be paid within 14 days. You will need to cover the return postage yourself.

Costs will be an estimated maximum of 6.99.
